Over the past four decades, I’ve spent a good part of my life working to grow and develop leaders, and the one thing I believe just as strongly today as I did forty years ago is that everything rises and falls on leadership.

Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations. It’s how we impact lives. But, as you also know, leadership cannot be an idea we simply talk about. Leadership is the action we must live out.

Today, I’m thrilled to inform you about the launch of my leadership development organization, The John Maxwell Company, which is focused solely on helping individuals and organizations live out the proven leadership principles I teach. The purpose of The John Maxwell Company is to simply help you apply what you’ve learned through our intentional leadership development programs.

Many of you are already familiar with a few of our existing leadership development programs that have been available through GiANT Impact, including the Maximum Impact Club, our annual Exchange event, public and private trainings as well as executive/management coaching. All of these services, along with several other in-depth leadership development programs, will now be available exclusively through The John Maxwell Company.

If you are an existing GiANT Impact customer or a subscriber to the Maximum Impact Club, you do not need to do anything. Just be aware that you are now a customer of The John Maxwell Company as well, and it is my hope that we can continue to better support you in your leadership walk through our existing and future leadership development programs.
