We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. FedEx is our preferred shipping carrier for international internet orders. We guarantee delivery and provide tracking information for all FedEx orders. International orders usually ship within 2-5 business days as some destinations require manual processing before order is given to FedEx for delivery. Please note: The shipping fees associated with your order do not include charges for customs clearance and any applicable brokerage charges. By placing your order, you agree to pay all additional clearance and brokerage. Orders refused for customs clearance charges will not be reshipped.
We currently do not ship with USPS. While their shipping fees tend to be a bit lower than FedEx, we have not experienced consistent delivery for all of our international customers. If you would like us to ship your order via USPS, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request special delivery via USPS. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery or provide tracking for orders delivered via USPS. Additionally, orders not received via USPS will not be reshipped or refunded.
We do not accept PO Boxes for FedEx orders.
