Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exceptions for Returns

Digital download purchases are non-refundable. These files are placed onto your store account and immediately available upon purchase. Because of this no refunds can be issued for digital product purchases.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fees for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. For domestic orders, UPS is the preferred carrier. We provide tracking and guarantee orders shipped via UPS.  Please see the below chart for estimate arrivals on available shipping methods for U.S. customers. Example: An order placed on Monday with 3-Day UPS will be delivered by the following Monday.

USPS shipping methods are also offered. However, 1st class and Priority Mail does not provide tracking or insurance and therefore, we do not guarantee arrival if these shipping methods are chosen. Please note: We do not guarantee delivery or provide tracking information for orders shipped via USPS. Additionally, orders not received via USPS will not be reshipped or refunded.

Please Note: The above shipping chart applies to US physical shipping addresses using UPS shipping methods. PO Box addresses are only permitted with USPS shipments.
